Jawwal (059): NIS0.90 minute. Charging is per 1 second segments.

Yes, Golan Telecom offers a "Kosher" Sim. The "Kosher" Sim blocks content services, internet surfing, text messages and numbers that the Rabbinical Telecom Committee has banned. The "Kosher" Sim will only work with a compatible "Kosher" handset, so you must verify before purchasing that you are holding a compatible phone. When ordering a "Kosher" sim from Golan Telecom, if you are ordering a new number, all you need to do is to select the "Kosher" line option and the system will produce the "Kosher" sim for you.
If you are porting your number from a different carrier providing you "Kosher" service, the system wil identify the other carrier's "Kosher" status and will produce a new Golan Telecom "Kosher" sim.
If you requested that the cost of your device be divided and there are still a number of payments remaining, you will continue paying the same amount every month even after joining Golan Telecom. You will not have to pay the remaining amount in one payment.
When you purchase a device and request payments, the division of the cost to payments is done by the credit card company and not by the company from which the device was purchased. Therefor, switching cellular providers will not affect the remaining payments.
No. Golan Telecom does not have an option to join new customers or new handsets to the 2G network.

With Golan Telecom, you are free from any commitment and you can freely terminate your subscription at any time. Unlike other operators, termination does not require you to wait for hours to reach a customer service agent, and to convince him about your decision . You can simply do it from your subscriber account ("My Account") on our website www.golantelecom.co.il, by printing the termination form located there and signing it. Termination will be effective at the end of the month following the reception of the form.

A few tips for wise usage while abroad:
- Tariffs may change from time to time (because of the local Carriers' pricing and rate of exchange fluctuations). We therefore recommend that you get updated regarding the tariffs upon embarking abroad.
- We recommend that you block the automatic internet access while abroad. SmartPhones have applications and programs that automatically synchronize your phone or access the internet You will be charged for cellular internet access which is very costly and that's a pity. Therefore we recommend that you block the automatic cellular internet access prior to embarking aboroad :-. To enter the Services Page and to block internet access abroad follow the steps appearing above.
- In order to access the internet abroad at no charge it is recommended to use Hot Spots (WiFi). Don't forget to block the internet access abroad since if you use it, you will be charged at very high tariffs :-).
- Internet access is normally blocked as default in iPhone and Android SmartPhones . You should verify that your handset is blocked prior to your departure abroad.
Calling from abroad to Golan Telecom's customer service center at +972-58-5555858 from Golan Telecom's mobile only is a free call.
Incoming calls are at no charge.
All outgoing and incoming roaming calls while abroad are charged for and are not included in the "Golan Telecom All included" Plan you subscribed for usage in Israel.

The trariff is identical to dialing a number by using CallBack regardless whether the receipient is in Israel or abroad.
Incoming SMS are free of charge abroad.

My international number is a unique service that provides an excellent solution to the direct communications needs of receiving incoming calls from abroad while you are in Israel.
The service enables conducting of international calls from abroad to your Golan Telecom line at the local call tariff of the call initiator abroad.
Select an international number in the country and desired city, provide the number to family, friends, business counterparts abroad calling you from abroad, who enjoy the local call tariff when calling you on your mobile.
For example, your friend calling you from New York to your international number when you are n Israel, will be charged at the local call tariff of New York.
You may select two international numbers for your line for two different destinations and you may change the numbers up to 10 times per year together.
The service is provided to the Golan Telecom All included Plan at NIS99 and the Kosher line at NIS79 per month and these customers only.
The International Number service enables free selection of destinations out of the following list of countries: USA, Britain, France, Canada, Latvia, Luxemburg, Norway, Lithuania, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden

The bill cycle begins on the day that the charging period commences.
Golan Telecom's bill cycle is the 15th of the month. Meaning that the invoive period begins on the 15th of the month until the 14th of the following month. The charged period is stated clearly on every invoive.
The charging for items not included in the Plan and are not in excess of your Plan's ceiling, will occur at the end of the bill cycle, for the services used during the period.
Charge ceiling- Once the charge for services that are not included in your base Plan and are not included in international roaming, reaches the amopunt specified in your bill Plan' your account will be debited immediately accordingly.An identical charge will reoccur any time you reach the usage threshhold. Charges below the the said threshhold will be collected at the end of the bill cycle for usage during the respective period.
As an example, in the July 15th, 2012 invoice you will be charged for the Plan's usage fee for the period of June 15th, 2012- July 14th, 2012.
If during the bill cycle you used services which are not included in the Plan, not including international roaming, above the amount specified in the tariff plan, you will be charged for this amount immediately. Cumulative charges that are lower than the charge ceiling or a balance lower than the charge ceiling after the immediate debit, shall be charged at the end of the bill cycle (July 15th, 2012).

The Golan Telecom bill cycle is on the 15th of each month. This means that the billing period starts on the 15th of each month and ends on the 14th of the following month.
Therefore, if, for example, you ordered your Sim Card on January 17th, your first invoice will include:
- The cost of your Bill Plan for the period January 15th and February 14th including charges for extras not included in the Bill Plan, if any.
- Charges for charges not included in your Bill Plan during the period of January 27th and February 14th, if any (such as international long distance calls, calls to premium numbers, etc.).
Golan Telecom's bills will be waiting for you at the end of each bill cycle in "my account" of our website.

Switching between plan is possible. Retroactive plan switching enables you to beneift from transferring to the Golan Telecom Plan without waiting for the next invoice.
You may switch the plannow and it will become effective retoractively to the beginning of the billing cycle. Your usage up to the moment of switching the plan sine the previous billing cycle (the 15th of the month) shall be recalculated based on the terms of the plan you are switching to.

- If your Sim Card has already been sent to you by mail- the Line Disconnection Option will appear- select it and download the Disconnection Form and send it to us via Certified Mail.
Dial-up service in unidentified call *43 involves a payment of 1.90 NIS. Most devices have a one-time identification blocking option through the device without charge, by entering code # 31 #. This option is the responsibility of the device manufacturer.
In your subscriber account ("My Account"), you can directly manage all services related to your subscription without any need to contact the Customer Service center. You can enable / disable many services including:
